Hailing from West Texas, Emily brings a wealth of savvy, and is leading our Exceptional Client Experience mandate.
Emily has 19 years’ experience as a brand manager and operational leader in marketing, process improvement, and executive support. Holding a BFA in Communication Design with a Marketing minor from Texas Tech University, she has led initiatives ranging from corporate marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs to small-business operations and customer experience enhancements.
Known for her creativity, organization, and collaborative approach, Emily has a strong background in streamlining processes, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful results across diverse industries. As you engage with her positive and joyful spirit over the phone or in person, you will feel the ray of sunshine that she brings to the world!
